Payment made via Google Pay, account not upgraded
Urgent Help required
I made a payment to the annual subscription via Google Pay App in India.
The account has still not been upgraded. Gpay has confirmed payment has been made. Dropbox claims payment has not been received. Can someone help me with this. I have proper Google Pay receipts to dropbox in black and white.

Hi Beverlymendes, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you confirm that you were signed into the correct account when you upgraded via the Dropbox mobile app?
Does the payment appear on this page on your account?
Keep me updated with any progress!
- Beverlymendes2 years agoExplorer | Level 3Yes I have only one account. Was signed in from that. I was charged in USD. Couod that have been the issue. But i have made a dropbox oayment in usd before. I have the UPI transaction number. Is it not possible to check by transaction ID?
Nope the payment does not appear on this page. Also payment was made via Google Pay application. So no chance of fraud. - Jay2 years ago

As the payment isn't on the system, could you try cancelling the plan and requesting a refund from Google Play directly, and try upgrading again via the app, or the Dropbox site directly?
- Beverlymendes2 years agoExplorer | Level 3Yes I have raised a complaint through my bank and requested for a refund. I dont think dropbox has made any sort of enquiry through UPI id which is very complacent on their part. Just checking is a transaction is successful or not does not count for any investigation. Very disappointed in their service.
