Plan apparently costs $331.20 but the bill is over $1600

The left says the bill is $331.20. The right says the bill is $1440.00 With VAT it's $1656.00 That's 400% more expensive. There's no explanation to justify this. How can Dropbox say it cost...

That just says you can have 5 users on the plan. It doesn't say that the fee is per user on the billing cycle on the left.
