Plan for my team

Hi everybody and thank you for your help!
I have a team (18 members).

I would like to find a plan that works for me.

What I need? Everyone of the team must have the opportunity to upload and download every file (video, about 5gb each one).
We need only a manager, others members of the team only upload and download. They work on their laptop and then upload the new version.

 

I think we need, more or less, 5 TB for 1 year.
