Someone used my card to purchase a Dropbox plan, and now I need a refund.

I GOT HACKED AND THEY USED MY CARD TO BUY DROPBOX AND I CANCELLED MY ALL CARDS BUT NOW I WANT A REFUND AND DROPBOX DOESNT GIVE ME ANY REPLY I WANT MY 600 TURKISH LIRA BACK
