They do - if you pay for it which, to be fair, is only reasonable.
How many other big companies dont do phone support now, in fact, how many dont do support at all. Support is COSTLY and they need to pay for it somehow - which would be via price increases to us or removal of the free tier

I would add that they should offer assistance in various languages: not everyone speaks English fluently. That's why I think they should also add a chat feature with an automatic translator and an email or written contact form.
A forum can help, but there are countless issues that can only be resolved by real technical support.

They do. They offer multiple languages for support via email. I know its at least Japanese, English and Spanish
