I agree with Anton that any reputable company should have a customer call number.

I would add that they should offer assistance in various languages: not everyone speaks English fluently. That's why I think they should also add a chat feature with an automatic translator and an email or written contact form.
A forum can help, but there are countless issues that can only be resolved by real technical support.
I was lucky that someone read my feedback in the other conversation.

They do. They offer multiple languages for support via email. I know its at least Japanese, English and Spanish
