Unauthorized charges on my bank account while on a Basic account
I have a Basic Account, which should be FREE.
In the last two monts, I hade twice a charge of €15,98 on my bill and noone is able to tell me why. The chat of Dropbox is featured for NOT ANSWERION ...

11 days agoDropbox can only charge you if you've given it your bank details. If you are being charged and you have a basic account you have actually upgraded a different account. You can use the Credit Card Lookup to find the account and cancel it.
If you DID NOT give any details to Dropbox then you need to speak to your card company as somebody has cloned your card.
To log a ticket go to www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in - even to here. Therefore use an incognito window.
