Unauthorized charges while on a Basic Account
I just got charged $184.67 for something I did not authorise. Can someone help?
Did you try running this transaction ID with the look-up tool I linked to earlier vkinglilo?

I am on a Basic Plan. I have checked my accounts and this particular account is not linked to any of my payment plans.
