Unrecognized charges & how to cancel these?
I need help. Someone managed to get my credit card info and is using it to pay for their dropbox account. I physically cannot find a single way to cancel it and have now been paying it for four month...

I just looked in my spam/junk and searched my entire mailbox. It's not there. What is the subject line? Maybe that would be helpful.

If you're still unable to find your previous ticket in your email's inbox, would it be OK if we opened a new one for you using the email address that's linked to your profile here, on our Community?

Yes, thatâs what Iâd like you to do. I have a feeling that Dropbox may have used the wrong email address. I no longer have access to my school account because I graduated. Thatâs the whole problem. I couldnât cancel my Dropbox subscription because I no longer have access to the email associated with it. That school email address is [removed]. Please be sure nothing got sent there. And please use the email address associated with this username. Itâs the email that has the name Jane Austen in it. Iâm eager to get this resolved. Please help me to wrap this up soon.
