Upgrading but already have Dropbox Sign

Does anyone know if Dropbox has a sales team that we can actually talk to? I'm trying to decide whether to upgrade from a Dropbox Basic to Dropbox Plus, but have a question that I'm not finding the answer to and the AI bots are useless for this. I just paid for Dropbox Sign, but I see that Dropbox Plus includes Dropbox Sign (or at least something that sounds like it: "edit PDFs and get signatures", so I'm wondering if I can get some kind of credit for having already paid for a feature in Dropbox Plus.

Ironically, in order to make this decision, I need to talk to someone, but the basic plan only includes chatbot, community and help center, so I'm in a bit of a catch 22. Does anyone here happen to know how to find out the answer to my question?

  • Hi lisatree22 !
You can surely upgrade to the Dropbox Plus plan. You are right that this comes with a Dropbox sign feature however this only offers 3 signature requests per month. You can connect your Dropbox sign account to the Dropbox Plus for you to enjoy more signature request.
Let me know if you have other questions.
