Hi there,
I have been sent an Update your billing information only to find that the existing card is until 2025! My account has been downgraded for no reason at all and I have tried and tried to send an email to customer support to ask what the problem is and I get sent on a bizarre circular journey only to arrive back where I started! I even tried to hilariously update a valid card with another valid card only to be told that my "You can't update your billing information because Credit Card doesn't support None currency." Really?
If someone can help with an email address for customer support so I can get this infuriating problem resolved I would be SO grateful!
Yours in quiet desperation.....

Hi JCR8, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you check what plan you're currently on according to this page?
What is your current billing location, and what currency are you trying to pay in?
This will help me to assist further!

Dear whom it may concern,
The message "You can't upload your billing information because Credit Card doesn't support None currency" keeps popping up when trying to update my billing information to a corporate card.
This card had no problem with paying in USD, etc. So I am confused as to why its not working with dropbox.
Can you give me the solution to this problem?
Thank you in advance!

I need to change my visa card details, but it won't accept it. Something to do with the currency being "none". I don't have a paypal account. How can I pay? This is really urgent

Hi again, iien!
I moved your post to this relevant thread.
Can you let me know what your current billing location is and if it's the same with the currency you're trying to pay in?
Have you tried using a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?

Hi HannahT, welcome to our Community!
Which country (and currency) are you upgrading from?
It'd also be important to know, if you're trying to update an existing card, or purchase a new plan altogether.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hello 🙂
The current billing location is South Korea and the currency that I am trying to pay in is USD.
I tried to update my billing information on chrome, internet explorer to no avail.

Hey iien, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clarify what plan you're on at the moment and, if possible, send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting?

Hey Walter
I am currently not registered to any plan, but will subscribe to the Plus plan.
The screenshot of the error message I am getting is attached.

Thanks for the screenshot, iien.
Can we actually send you an email, so we can look into this further?
