Urgent, cant update my billing information
Hi,
Im trying to update my credit card, but I get the following erro message when trying to do so:
"
You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency."

Hi,
I am trying to update my Visa Debit card details as I have been sent a new one but as I didn't do it in time I have been put back on the basic plan and need to go back on the previous plan I was on.
I am paying from United Kingdom but the message keeps saying ' This card does not accept none currency'?

I am having same problem, repeatedly, as everyone else; same error message as in various screenshots--red banner at top about being "unable to update credit card because of currency none." My account had expired and was trying to renew/upgrade it, but tried to update expired credit card. VERY frustrating, have wasted over an hour trying to figure this out--multiple browsers, with/without VPN, different credit cards, same problem. This has been going on since at least November, and it's late January and is still not fixed? The support Chatbot is absolutely useless--there was no option to chat with a live person to actually try to give Dropbox my money to buy the product. I'm giving up, must be a sign I don't really need to renew/upgrade.

I’m sorry to hear about this, TessaSp.
Have you tried updating your billing info/upgrading via another browser/incognito window and you keep receiving an error message?

I am using dropbox for 8 years,, and my credit card expired so I took some time to update the new one, now I can't update the credit card coz I am getting messages:
"You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency."
I don't want to cancel my membership coz I don't to lose my current files on Dropbox and I don't want to pay more for the new plans.
Please advise.
