What is the the difference between Dropbox and Company Cam?

I recently was exposed to Company Cam. Why would I switch from Dropbox? Why should I stay? It appears to be about the same program?

One is a file synchronization and sharing service with other collaboration features, the other is a job site project management app for contractors.
