Will canceling my subscription stop the current service immediately?

If I cancel a subscription that has already been charged, will I cancel the service if I cancel the subscription within the time frame?

Welcome aboard our Community, MCX!

 

If you cancel your Dropbox subscription, then your Dropbox account shouldn’t become a free Basic one immediately. 

 

Instead, you’ll keep the plan you paid for until the end of your billing cycle, and on that date, your account will be downgraded instead for renewing and charging you again.
