Are you both using the Basic plan at the moment? Is it possible that you're already subscribed to a plan, that's managed by Apple or Google?

I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to resubscribe to a plan and this is the message prompt and it's not pushing through. Tried to update the billing information to PayPal; however, there's an error "There was a problem completing this request" Can you please help me? This is urgent.

Having the same problem. I wanted to downgrade from Professional to Plus and was told I had to cancel my Professional subscription and THEN to Plus. I cancelled Professional but now it won't let me upgrade at all. I use DropBox at work and it is super important that I'm able to sync files with my coworkers. Need this resolved ASAP!
