217.4.4417 breaks screenshot pasting feature on Windows

A new update of Dropbox was pushed to me today.  It added a new set of options related to screenshots. Show quick action after screenshot... I dislike this, I preferred just getting the not...

I think I have a new problem...

No there hasn't been an update, it's still V219.4.4463, but when I press the Print Screen button, Dropbox seems to... not do anything, Even though I have the Save Screenshots to Dropbox check turned on, it's not doing that. 
As far as I can tell, it hasn't been saving screenshots for a few days, so this persisted through PC reboots.

EDIT: And after typing this, it's started working again.
I'd been toggling the settings on the screenshot page on and off with no effect. The last thing I did before it started working again was turn on "Ask to backup external drives" in the backup section.
