Asking me to add billing info but I want to cancel my trial and go back to a personal account

So I started working for a new company.

They asked me to create a new dropbox account.

I was supposed to make a personal account and then join the company dropbox.

But I made a business account and then joined the company dropbox.

and now, my trial is ending at the end of this month.

Dropbox is keep asking for my billing info.

And when I try to add it, it says it's going to charge me after my trial ends.

I do not want to get charged with anything. 

So I submitted a ticket to request a change my account from business to personal, hoping it will fix my problem. but still waiting for a reply.

Anyone know how I can keep my access to company files/folders after trial ends, without adding my billing info?

Please help.

    In that case, can you let me know if you stumble upon an issue or a particular error when following these steps to cancel your trial?

    I don't think I have a ticket number.

    On the confirmation email. it tells me 'recent request with Dropbox'

    but doesnt tell me the ticket number.

    Okay. I followed the steps to cancel. It seems to have worked.

    Is my account personal now?

    So yes, you're back to the Basic plan that is a personal plan and comes with 2 GB RhettKim
