Can I get notifications about a file being deleted or saved on the iOS app?

I am using iPhone 16 Pro IOS 18.5 with Dropbox app installed Please confirm: what are the settings so that I get a notifications when a file is moved out of Dropbox or saved?

Jay​ I posted screenshots earlier today to this thread.  I would like to get desktop notifications as per the screenshot below, please can you assist me further?

    Based on your screenshots you should get them on your Mac when you are there - but only in real time. They wont go to iPhone/other devices just that one device if/when you are logged in

      Mark​ I am not getting Desktop Notifications in realtime when I am there on my Mac.  Please can you assist?
