Re-enable notifications for file deletion
Notification selection options should not be permanent. I recently learned the hard way if you deselect the file deletion notification, it cannot be reversed. Please allow the file deletion Notification to be modified at will.
Thanks for clarifying that for us macorez
Could you try re-enabling these warnings by navigating to the app's Preferences under the Account tab and pressing the Alt + H (Windows) buttons.
Once you press these buttons, click on the 'Reset File System Warning options' that comes up and then 'Apply'.
Let us know if this helps!

Hi macorez, thanks for messaging the Community!
Which deletion notification are you referring to?
Is this on the Dropbox site, mobile app, or when deleting the file from Explorer/Finder?
This will help me to assist further!

This is on my PC. I know I clicked something that turned it off. I wasn't paying attention. It was my fault. But I don't understand not being able to re-check the box that provides for the pre-deletion notification.

Hi macorez! Sorry for jumping in, too.
Just to clarify, are you referring to the notification that you receive on your desktop app, right before you delete files from your Dropbox account?
Did you click on the option to not show it again when you remove files from your account?
Let me know, and we’ll take it from there.

This was on my PC within File Explorer. Previously I would be asked if I wanted to delete a file "Everywhere"; i.e. from my PC dropbox folder "and" from the online dropbox folder. That option has gone away.
