Can't access my old email
I do not have access to my old email anymore. My only email is linked to a different Dropbox account so I can't change my email address! Help!

No. Without access to the email you cannot usually do very much to an account. You can certainly not change or reset passwords etc.
What I would say is to download everything as a matter of urgency is download everything from the account safely NOW. If you are accidentally logged out for any reason then the account is not recoverable - there is no way, at all, to get a password reset without having access to the email.

same problem here. I remember my old password. Because my old website is not in use anymore I lost all my files.

Have same problem. Old email which is not used anymore. I can remember my mail, my dropbox password. But because this email does not exist anymore I can't even access to my files.
It would be better to transfer files even from my primary account and put them on wifi usb.

If you've forgotten your password, your password has expired, or you're being sent a one-time security code, there's no way to gain access to the account without access to the email address associated with it.
Your best bet is to see if your email provider can reactivate your old email address so you can receive the security code.
