Hi all, happy Monday and thanks for flagging this with us.
I just wanted to let you know that I looked this up internally and I can see that this should be resolved now.
You should now be able to delete your Dropbox account normally.

Hi, I am actively trying to delete my Dropbox account. I am following all the steps required, but when I enter my password, fill out the form to delete it and click on the final button, I encounter an « Oops something went wrong (Error 500 » page and my account is not deleted.
I have tried many times on Desktop and mobile. I just donât know what to do to delete my account anymore as it is clearly not working.
Can anyone help me to do so?

Hi! I am having the same issue. I am using Chrome, tried clearing cache and using incognito mode. I tried to remove my account through mobile, too. Please assist.

itsme232 and Maria Klimova, just to be on the same page, can you let me know if youâve both tried to delete your Dropbox account via a different browser?

Hi Nancy, I tried Chrome + incognito in Chrome, and MS Edge. I also tried to delete it from the app on iPhone. None of these worked.
