Hi Lori,
As mentioned in my previous post, I don't have connected device for that account, only logged in on my phone. Now I don't receive verification code to re-active my account and therefore, cannot disable 2FA

Hi Lori,
Just found out that our mobile phone service provider does not allow to receive OTP sms from overseas anymore. So, is it possible for you to send the verification code to my registered email instead of sms?
