Email notification settings are ignored

Why do i get spam emails from dropbox? My email settings are off for any emails (news).

    Hey Gostan, thanks for your patience while we were looking into this internally.

     

    We heard back from the team and this issue seems to be resolved now.

     

    Let us know if anything else comes up!

Hi Everybody,

 

Thanks for reporting that emails are still coming through despite notification settings.

 

I raised this issue to relevant teams earlier this week, and they have been actively looking into why this is happening. We will update this thread when we have more information.
