Any ideas?
Thanks for the details. You can swap emails by using a third, unused email address, and follow these steps to do so.

Hi Pinder, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just clarify, do you have access to both email addresses and Dropbox accounts?
Are you looking to swap email addresses, in order to replace the old email with the new email?
This will help me to assist further!

Yes that is correct. I want to replace old email with new one but systems says new email is being used so it won’t let me change

If you don't need the new account, just delete it. Once you delete the new account, the email address will be available for use on the old account.
