I do get the system warning that it will be deleted from all devices when trying to move out of DB.  I did not check that one to no longer show it so it shows every time.  I do not get the locking message.

Just to check if it helps, can you also turn on accessibility for Dropbox?

    That accessibility is on. It was needed for badge to work (go that message on install). The issue I am reporting is not related to that. The issue is resetting the default system warning so it asks if I want to lock a file on opening. First time I chose not to unlock and do not show warning again. How do I reset the system warning?
