I can't change my email address, why?

I just subcribed to Essential with an account registered with one email address...I would like to change it to another email but doesn't aloud me to do it. Always proposing to change password.

The fact is the in my Dropbox Apps I am registered with another account and I would like to have the Essential on the same as the Apps.

    Are you trying to change the email address on your account to the same email that is on a different Dropbox account?

     

    This will help me to assist further!
