Hey Mohamed ali, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
Is it possible that when you signed in to the Dropbox app, you signed in to a different account?
That's the first thing I would suggest looking at.
If that's not the case, what do you see in your events page or your deleted files page? Can you see your files?
Let me know.

Welcome
If I logged into another account and did not find some old photos, I only found 2 photos
Please try to help me return the photos of my mother and family that I could not access - Mohamed ali2 years agoExplorer | Level 3

Hey Mohamed ali, did you have the chance to preview the pages my colleague, Hannah provided?
If so, would you mind specifying what you see there?

Yes there is nothing

Hey Mohamed ali, if you weren't able to locate any content in these pages, that means that the content was either deleted a long time ago, or that it's a new account.
I'm leaning towards the latest option. Would you mind checking for any alternative email addresses that you might own, to check if your files are present on a different Dropbox account?

Hello and welcome, this account is as it was with the information. If you like, I will send you the password and you can open it and see and try. I don’t mind.

Hey Mohamed ali!
How did you upload the content to your account? Did you use our website, desktop or mobile app?
Also, when was the last time you saw your content online?

I have old data on my phone that I saved, and the last time I saw my data was several months ago before I changed the phone.

Hey Mohamed ali - would you mind clarifying how you uploaded the files in the first place and if you were able to see them on the website back then?
