I have a professional DropBox account and I'm working on a Mac, OS 12.5.

Could you check if you've enabled the Dropbox extension in Finder in the Mac OS settings?

4 years agoHey lauram73, you don't see any options even when you access the folder, and try to right click on your files/folders there?
Have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the app?

Hi Megan,
Yes, that's correct. I don't see any Dropbox options when I right click on any of the files or folders. I also don't see the circles with the green check marks, but everything is sync'd and up to date.
I did try uninstalling and re-installing the app. No luck. Any other ideas?
Thanks for your help!

I have enabled the Dropbox Finder Extensions in my Mac OS Preferences, but I still am not getting the "make online only" option when I right click on the folder. Trying to free up the hard drive on my MacBook Pro, as Dropbox tells me it's full. I am a Dropbox Professional user. Thank you.

Hey Sam S, how are you today?
Are you only missing the 'make online-only' option, when you right click on a file in your Dropbox folder, or are other Dropbox options missing as well?
If you could send us a screenshot of the options you see, I'd appreciate it a lot!
