Not receiving 6 digit verification code
I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox. I pay...

Hey Jay,
I had previously added the no-reply@dropbox.com email to my contacts and that did not solve the problem. I was able to pull out my old computer, thankfully, and the code was being sent as a notification and not as an email. So I am in now but if I had not been able to resurrect my computer from the dead things would still be a problem!

3 years agoHey EJ27! I’d still suggest you check your email’s spam folder first, as there’s a chance the code is there indeed.
If this doesn’t work out, please also add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts, and try to resend the code.
Besides that, you can check for any linked devices, as the 6-digit code may have been sent as a notification there.

Have you also added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and checked your devices' notifications, as suggested above?

- Claudia283 years agoExplorer | Level 3Jay I replied because Leah of the dropbox support team wrote me but I received a mail in which they told me that my support depends of my dropobox plan. I am rally disappointed because I don't know what to do and the support dropbox assistance in the mail was going to give me a solution. What can I do?
