Password reset email not received
Hi! I created my account back in 2016-2017 and I didn't use it for a while. I changed my phone since then and now I can't login because I don't remember my password. When I try to reset it, it says t...
- 4 years agoIf the account hasn't been accessed for over 12 months, then it means that it wouldn't be possible to regain access to the account of the files within.

Jay Here it is... I don't think it will make any difference. It just shows that the password or email is wrong. When I try to reset the password I don't get any email even when I add the address as contact.

3 years agoSince that email appears to be on a custom domain, have you tried contacting your IT team to see if the emails from Dropbox are being blocked from reaching the inbox, or directed straight to the spam/junk folder?

If the payment is being taken by Dropbox directly according to your bank statement, you can use the card lookup tool to locate which account it belongs to.
