Red dot with white 1 in Windows system tray. How do I get rid of it?

This appears in my Windows system tray and I can find no way to get rid of it. Have tried reinstalling but that didn't help.

    I couldn't see all of the desktop app's window.

    Had to adjust the DPI scaling for the app.

    Problem solved, thank you.
