Resetting my username
I'm currently trying to reset my Dropbox username, however I'm not receiving the verification email. I have added the Dropbox email address to my Outlook contact list so that it doesn't filter it out...

I have checked with the IT administrator for the business domain, and he said nothing has been sent via no-reply@dropbox.com, so it isn't being blocked. So, it seems like a problem with Dropbox, not with my email.

When saying that youâd like to update your Dropbox username, do you mean the name of your Dropbox account, or the email address thatâs linked to it?
If itâs the first case, then Dropbox wouldnât send you an email about it, and the update should be automatically reflected on your Dropbox account (as soon as you update your name here).

Can you access the current email address of your Dropbox account? If yes, please log a ticket with our support team from this page.
If not, Iâd like you to do this instead:
Open another browser on your computer, and make sure youâre NOT signed in to ANY Dropbox account.
Go to this page, and select an âissue typeâ.
Enter your information, make sure that you enter an email address that you currently have access to, and submit it.
You will then receive a confirmation email that will have a ticket number.
Please send me your ticket number here, afterwards.
