Selective Sync not working, can't sync folders to the app

Hi there ANB - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you please clarify your device's exact OS version and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app as well?

Have you rebooted your computer since you first noticed this by the way?

This issue has now gotten even worse as now Dropbox won't even open, I keep getting an error message saying "Couldn't open dropbox. This may be a temporary error. Please restart dropbox." I've restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted the computer and downloaded the latest OS Sanoma etc. But nothing works.. Below is the message I'm getting. I'm using a Macbook air.

Could you close the Dropbox desktop app, reboot your computer and then relaunch the app anew?

Hi, Just tried that again now and it is just showing the same message.

In that case, could you try an advanced reinstall and let us know how it goes ANB ?
