Syncing multiple devices with Desktop and My Documents Folder

Anyone can show me how to Sync My Desktop Folder and My Documents Folder to multiple devices

Dropbox doesn't do that. You can choose to have Dropbox backup the Desktop and Documents folders from multiple computers, but they will each sync to their own folder in Dropbox. They won't sync with each other.
