The date format is not changed

In the settings it is not possible to change the date format.
The date format is not changed to DD/MM/YYYY

 

The problem can be solved?

    Click this option on the top right on your screen when on the Files page:

    Thanks for the image. This would be the file name, and not the modification date of the file as shown on the site, which should be shown in the correct format.

    You can see them on the files page when list view is enabled.

    As I mentioned previously, this date is only for viewing files on the website. It doesn't rename files for you. This is where you'll see the date format.

     

     

    Could you clarify where exactly you're expecting to see the filenames?
