Verifying email not working. It won't let me share content.

I have verified my email address multiple times and Dropbox will not let me share or copy a link and it keeps saying that I can't until my email address is verified.  What can I do?  I can't even chat with support because it says I have to verify my email address.

    Walter, I am having the same issue even after clearing my browser's cache.

    Hey mhachtx - sorry to hear about this.

     

    Did you try my suggestion to clear your browser's cache or use another browser?

     

    If you did and the issue persists, let us know here and we'll reach out via email to investigate further.

    Hey Catrike - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Can you please clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser to verify your email and let us know how it goes?

    Hi Megan,

    I am having the exact same issue today.
    I follow the email verification steps multiple times but I still get this error when trying to share files:  "You can’t share until you verify your email address".

     

    Though I click on the link in the email my account does not show as verified.

    Hi Megan,

    Megan I'm having the same issue. In my account settings it's showing that my email adress is not verified. Dropbox sends me an email to verify email address, I click the link and nothing happens.

    Would you be able to send me a screenshot of the message you get on your end, when trying to share your content? 

     

    When you access your account's settings do you see your email as verified there?
