access - verification code is sent to a mobile phone number no longer in use
Hi, can anyone help me accessing my account? We still use the email address tied to the account but not the mobile phone number which is used for authentification. So when I log in, Dropbox sends a verification number to a phone no longer in use. How do I overcome this?

it's a paid subscription by the way so I suppose Dropbox could verify that the account is indeed tied to me (read my Paypal account). Does this help?

Hi christiaan_storm, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As you mentioned that you don't have access to the phone number, you can use the backup security code in order to access your account and temporarily disable the two-step verification.
Keep me updated with any progress!
