Can't access email or my Dropbox on my new phone
Got a new phone and now can't access email or my Dropbox this email is only used for Dropbox and I've had multiple phones and have never had this problem before

Would you mind clarifying why you can't access both your email and your Dropbox from your new phone?
Do you mean that you logged in to the Dropbox app, but cannot see your files?
Or are you not able to login at all?
Any additional details would be really helpful.

- Leerboy 783 years agoExplorer | Level 3I got a new phone use my email and password to log into account and send a code the email I'm only using for Dropbox so I tried to access the email and it wouldn't let me do that as well I have the email and password it has not changed for years customer support for the Hotmail has been awful I have lots of photos on there from at least 10 years I'm completely frustrated I could really use some help

So, if I understand correctly, you no longer have access to your email address, right?

Hi Leerboy 78, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
