Can't access email or my Dropbox on my new phone
Got a new phone and now can't access email or my Dropbox this email is only used for Dropbox and I've had multiple phones and have never had this problem before

I got a new phone use my email and password to log into account and send a code the email I'm only using for Dropbox so I tried to access the email and it wouldn't let me do that as well I have the email and password it has not changed for years customer support for the Hotmail has been awful I have lots of photos on there from at least 10 years I'm completely frustrated I could really use some help

3 years agoSo, if I understand correctly, you no longer have access to your email address, right?
