I can't access my email in order to get the 6-digit security code. What can I do?
I can login successfully, but needs me to check 6-digit code in email.
Before immigration, login dropbox never needs me to check 6-digit code in email.
After immigration, it needs me to check 6-digit code in email. (same computer)
My email account was disabled (long time no use and I forgot the password), I can't login to my email to check the 6-digit code.
I only want to login Dropbox without check email 6-digit code, so what can I do?

It is very unlikley you will be able to access the account without access to either a device (mobile possibly?) with Dropbox installed already OR the email.

You will need to log a ticket with Dropbox while not logged in - even to here so try an incognito browser and use the option to get account support from www.dropbox.com/support.

I have received notification that a 6 digit code has been sent, but I am not receiving anything. I have tried multiple times with two different accounts and nothing is being received. I cannot access my Dropbox account as a result and have been trying for almost 3 hours.

Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and try accessing your account again? Could you also check the junk or spam folder on your email account?

Hi Megan,
I have tried both of those options (added no-reply@dropbox.com as a contact and checked my junk/span folder) and neither have worked. I have been sent the 6 digit code in the past (about a week or so ago), but have tried today with two separate Dropbox accounts (emails) and I have not received any notification for either accounts. Note, I tried resending multiple times and accessing through different browsers for the past 3.5 hours.

Hi Megan, I have submitted two tickets for this issue (one from each account). Is that sufficient or will it be quicker for you to email?

Thank you for the update! I have received one of the replies (to ticket #22111245) and have just responded. I will keep watch for a response on the second ticket. Hopefully, this can get resolved soon. I appreciate your help.

I have been able to get the one account sorted, but have been waiting for the reset password link to be sent for the second. Is there anyway to expedite? Note, I responded to the ticket to verify the email address at 8:30am EST.
