Can't access my paid Dropbox Plus account - it keeps logging me in to a free Basic one
I have been paying $19.99/month since February 2019, but apparently also have a free basic DropBox account. Each were created using two different email accounts, but when I try to login with either account, they both login to the same account - which is the free basic account, so I can't get any chat or email support to help me. All of the online "support" ends up with showing my plan as the basic, and I have no way to gain tech support via chat or email. Last night, I was able to chat with the sales department, but they told me they couldn't help me; gave me a link to billing, which of course didn't help - put me in same loop as before.

Hey Gloria323, thanks for reaching out to us.
I'd suggest logging in with the paid account's email address while using a private browsing/incognito window and let me know what you find.
Does it allow you to log in to your paid account?
Thanks!

Hannah - Oh my gosh! The incognito window worked. I finally got in. Bless you!!! I was able to update my credit card info, because my old one just expired. So I updated it, then tried logging back in and found that I still have to use the incognito window to get to my paid account. Also, when I logged in, it still had the message on top that said my card was expired, so I entered the new card info again.
I also discovered that my subscription is now called Essentials and I get 3T data.
If I moved all of my files that are in the basic free account to my paid account and deleted the free account, would I be able to just login to my paid account without using incognito window each time?

HI Gloria323, you could do that as an option, however, it does sound like your normal browser is just automatically signing you into the Dropbox account.
In Incognito mode, it most likely isn't filling in the login details automatically, so could you check to see if you have any extensions or plugins that are trying to log you in?
