Can't delete account set up with Google

I made an account via linking google account to Dropbox. I want to delete it but i cant. Why is that? Also if I delete my google account, does that mean my linked dropbox account also get deleted as ...

i have a google account. i made a dropbox account by simply linking the google accountvtobit. i want to delete the dropbox account but it wouldnt let me because i have to set a password but dropbox wouldnt let me set the password.

Are you seeing any option saying “Send email” when trying to delete your Dropbox account? 

 

If yes, you can click there to generate a new password for your Dropbox account and delete it afterwards. 

 

Otherwise, please send me a screenshot of what you see.
