cant login in since lost password i ask for the reset but the mail never is sent to mail
on my job there are several custom mails so theres one where cant login in because the email was deleted before so it got created again by the bussines but the reset password mail never comes to the jobs mail
what can i do?

Hey zderpet999, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Have you checked the email's spam/junk folder as well since you requested the password reset?
If the email isn’t there, you can add no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts/address book and repeat the steps to reset your password.
