Can't sign into my account containing many files-- says "inactive".
"Inactive" is about as vague as you can get. Someone please advise.
Of course, Chatbot advised to sign in to that acct. -- thanks Chatbot.

2 years agoHi DirtyOneFlavors, were you part of a Dropbox Business team, or was this a personal account?
When was the last time you logged into the account? Do you have the ticket from when you contacted the team?
