Code is sent to inactive email address
I can't access the ... account.
I know the password, but when I log in, a code is sent linked to the email ... The problem is that I no longer have access to that email.
Need help

Have you attempted to log in to your Dropbox account via various browsers and you’re being asked for this code every time?
Have you already opened a support ticket about this perhaps, so that our support team may look into this further? If yes, feel free to send me your ticket number.

In all cases, the code linked to the account is requested. I don't know how to initiate a support ticket. Need help.

I have another account on drobpox. Would it be possible to share my files from the [removed] account to [removed]?

Thanks for keeping me in the loop!
You can most definitely move files from one Dropbox account to another; however, you’d need access to both accounts in order to do so, I’m afraid.
You can open a support ticket though with these steps:
- Make sure that you are NOT signed in to ANY Dropbox account in your internet browser.
- Go to this page https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues, and click on the “Can’t sign in?” option.
- Scroll down the page to “Submit a Help Request”.
- Enter your information, make sure that you enter an email address that you currently have access to, and submit it.
- You will then receive a confirmation email that will have a ticket number.
After that, please send me your ticket number here, so that I can locate it in our system.
