Complaint about customer support about my issue.
Hello, I'd like to know how to make a complaint about customer service. Thank you. The ticket number is #26092465. I appreciate your assistance.

She definately is, promise!
They just dont have phone call capabilities - and only Business users can get it BUT that would only get you to a technician anyway, it wouldnt escalate it (as you want/need).

Dropbox doesnt have phone support I'm afraid so that isnt going to happen. If you ever do get a call from somebody claiming to be Dropbox, or a website offering a call, please dont use it - its a scam.
All you can do is post the comments back to support and letting Megan know you have done so for her to escalate or directly here to Megan so they can be fed in.
