Hello, I do not receive a password to my hotmail, I cannot open Dropbox.

Are you trying to reset your Dropbox password , or you know the password but it still asks for a 6-digit code sent to your hotmail and you didn’t see the codes coming in? Did you try checking your junk files and spam folders as well?
