Error while resetting password. It asks me to contact my admin, but I don't know who that is.

Hi,

 

I try to log in at dropbox with my account [email removed as per Community Guidelines]

I cannot remember I've ever created an account but DropBox tells me to enter my password. When I push on Forgot my Password I get an error that I should reach out to my Admin - absolutely no clue who that is. The word Admin is a link but when I push on that link I go back to the log in site. It is extremely frustrating and has been taking the last 3 hours without solving it.

 

I also do not receive invite links on my email. 

 

Please help me out on this one...

    Hey EricCush123, welcome to our Community! 

     

    It sounds like you're part of a Team, hence the error you're receiving on your end. In order to check who the admin is, you'd need to be signed into the account, I'm afraid.

     

    Is it possible that you're logged in to the account itself on a different device, perhaps? 

     

    Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
