How can an admin's email be changed?

My admin changed his email address.  We don't have the old address.  He is still with the company but now he can't get into the Dropbox admin account to add new users and delete a few that are no longer with the company.  Is there a way?  Thank you.

Hey Deb Geff, sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried the steps outlined here to find your team admin and reach out to them (if needed)?

    Keep me posted!

I know the admin - but he changed his email so his former dropbox email doesn’t let him in. A good lesson and another reason not to have just one admin! If he had changed his email on Dropbox first - we wouldn’t have the issue!!! Thank you.

Hi Deb Geff, I'm afraid that without access to the admin's account and email address, our hands are tied.

As a last resort, you can maybe contact your email provider, to see if they can re-create the old email address.
