How can I access an old Dropbox account?
I have an old Dropbox account that I have had since high school and have a collection of photos in said account. I lost access to the email connected to the account and can no longer log in due to not being able to give a 2 factor authentication code. I have tried to be in contact with support but haven’t really gotten anywhere. Does anyone have any advice or had any success regaining access to their account? I’m so bummed, I have so many pictures that I really don’t want to lose 😞

The only people who can help are support I'm afraid - and as per all documentation its only really possible IF you can answer specific details.
As its a high school account could the HS not help by changing email on account if you ask the nicely?

Hi Ewalk23, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.Keep me updated with any progress!
